For treatment providers

Qualified private admissions, paid on placement

We qualify UK enquiries for substance, severity, funding and timescale, then route them to one suitable registered provider — not to five at once. You pay a fee only when someone we refer is admitted.

Clearpath UK Rehab is principally a referral service. We do not own or operate any clinic, and we are paid a fee by partner clinics when someone we refer is admitted.

Funding checked

Self-pay, family-funded, insured or criminal-justice route established before we send anything.

Single-clinic routing

One referral, one provider. No auction, no shared lead lists.

Auditable trail

Every referral carries a source page, qualification notes and an outcome you can reconcile against admissions.

Clearpath UK Rehab is a referral service and is paid a fee by partner services when a person we refer takes up a placement. Applying does not create an agreement — we'll send terms and a rate card first.

Common questions

How are you paid?

A fee per admission, agreed in writing before any referral is sent. There is no charge for enquiries that do not convert and no minimum spend. We do not resell leads to multiple clinics at once.

What counts as a qualified referral?

Substance and severity established, funding route confirmed (self-pay, family, insurance or a criminal-justice route), timescale established, and the person has agreed to be contacted by you. Anything we cannot qualify is signposted to NHS or charity services instead.

What do you need from us to sign up?

Your CQC provider and location IDs, levels of care offered, current price list, typical admission lead time, and named contacts for out-of-hours referrals. We publish factual details and market price ranges; clinics cannot buy editorial placement or a better ranking.

Do you work with providers outside England?

Yes — Care Inspectorate (Scotland), CIW (Wales) and RQIA (Northern Ireland) registered providers are welcome. We need the equivalent registration reference.

Can we appear on our own brand page on your site?

Brand, cost and admissions pages are editorial and we write them from public data. Where a partner wants a managed presence, that is a separate paid co-marketing arrangement and it is labelled on the page.
