Below that, the realistic options are free NHS community treatment or intensive outpatient therapy rather than a cheaper residential clinic.
Do more expensive clinics get better results?
Not reliably. Every provider here is CQC or Care Inspectorate registered and delivers detox, structured therapy and aftercare. Higher prices mainly buy private rooms, staff ratios, on-site psychiatry and setting. Length of stay and aftercare engagement predict outcomes far better than nightly rate.
