For registered therapists

Addiction client referrals for UK therapists

Most people who contact us do not need a £8,000 residential stay — they need structured outpatient help this month. If you are registered and work with addiction, we would rather send those clients to you than lose them.

Clearpath UK Rehab is principally a referral service. We do not own or operate any clinic, and we are paid a fee by partner clinics when someone we refer is admitted.

Verified only

We check your registration number against the relevant UK register before you are listed.

Matched, not blasted

Referrals are matched on substance, location, modality and availability — one therapist at a time.

No client mark-up

Your fee to the client is your fee. We are paid by you per client who starts sessions.

Send your registration details, specialisms and availability. We verify and come back within two working days.

Clearpath UK Rehab is a referral service and is paid a fee by partner services when a person we refer takes up a placement. Applying does not create an agreement — we'll send terms and a rate card first.

We use these business contact details only to assess your application and contact you about a partnership. See our privacy notice.

Common questions

Who do you refer?

People whose situation does not need — or cannot fund — residential rehab: early-stage alcohol or cocaine problems, prescription-drug dependence being managed by a GP, families affected by someone else's use, and clients stepping down after treatment.

What are the requirements to join?

Current registration with BACP, UKCP, NCPS, HCPC or an equivalent UK body, valid indemnity insurance, an enhanced DBS where you work with under-18s, and addiction-specific experience or training. We verify registration numbers against the register before listing you.

How are you paid, and does the client pay more?

We are paid a fee by the therapist or practice per referred client who begins sessions. Your published session fee to the client does not change because of us — we do not permit a Clearpath surcharge.

Do you refer for online therapy?

Yes. A large share of enquiries prefer online or evening sessions, and that demand is often easier to match than in-person availability in a specific town.

Can I be listed in the city directory?

Listing follows verification. City pages describe the local treatment landscape factually; verified network therapists are surfaced for matching rather than sold placement.
